A few months ago someone said to me that I was courageous for letting my hair grow out grey. I chuckled and explained, “That’s not courageous. A sick person battling cancer is courageous. A parent losing their child is brave. A homeless person living in the winter. Military personnel away from home fighting for their country....” I shared real bravery and courage, but letting the natural process of hair do its thing is not courageous. 

I am experiencing a phase of true connection to the real me. My decision is no big deal until I realize that folks are so concerned with the outer exterior of our lives. They don’t see the deeper truth of who they are. Most of the time our outsides don’t match our insides… the whole array of emotional stuff we carry. 

This is my work with clients this year through Sacred Journey for 2022. We are co-creators and I will help facilitate the journey by:

And, this is not about growing you grey out or coloring your hair. Believe me. This is about how we show up authentically in our lives. It’s about seeing the real you. We are caught up on what others think. The last year and a half has been an intense time for letting go of things that no longer serve us. 

2022 is going to be a powerful year to really begin embracing the life you have been gifted. You deserve abundance in health, wealth and joy.
