Sheer Compassion

Here we are living through amazing times. We are making history. We are challenging old paradigms and rebuilding new ways of living authentically. We are uniting and expanding, connecting and detoxing.... we are seeing and feeling like never before.

It’s all perspective. Do not condemn those who cannot see as you. They require their own lessons to get to where you are.

My Yogi tea tonight read, “If you do anything out of sheer compassion, you will never be wrong.” I needed this reminder. It is sheer compassion that removes my ego from the equation and I can move through spirit and heart. I am reminded over and over that struggling for what is right isn’t necessarily in my best interest if I forget to love myself in the process. Sheer compassion includes me.

It also means letting go of what I thought (or think) that needs to happen. These times are not about second guessing myself. These historical times are about burying the old parts of me that have been hurt and betrayed. They are about standing in my authentic truth through forgiveness.

We are all being asked to do this through love and compassion.

We are detoxing and clearing the pathways from the past while making new beginnings. I don’t recognize the me I was two years ago or three months ago. If another person isn’t seeing life in the same way, it is okay! It’s not right. It’s not wrong. It is what it is to them. We must respect everyone’s choices even if we don’t agree. You don’t have to entertain what fills you with toxic energy. You have the right to reject it. You can detach from it all.

We can always come from a place of understanding, especially if we don’t understand. That’s unbounded compassion. I need more of this in my life. I need to keep moving forward.

Let’s all continue shifting our old beliefs. We are creating waves and tsunamis of magical proportions towards a new world. I am seeing it as I heal, as WE heal. And we are healing in massive proportions.

I choose love. Over and over... I choose to send love, to be love, and act through love. I can get angry and impatient with all that’s happening or I can become the source of even more love and compassion. That’s what I choose to create!

And guess what?

You know it! I love you.
