Soul-Day

I celebrate two birth-days a year.

I celebrate my birthday honoring my entrance into this world. Then I celebrate this day as my re-entrance into my body. This is my soul-day. I am 51 years old. I am also 6 years old.

On this January day a few years ago I left my body and entered another dimension. I touched love, God, Christ consciousness and all that is mentioned in scripture (and religious texts). I returned with a deep appreciation for my existence. I woke to a knowing that death is just one door with an endless pathway into the universe.

I woke this morning in gratitude for the deliciousness of being here. I am forever grateful for my husband, children, family, friends and yummy strangers I bump into daily. Like...what a freaking infinite wow 💥! What a privilege to be in this body during these times of spiritual expansion. We are in the midst of a magnificent revolution of love.

If you are fortunate to be aware of your sacredness you will see that we die every night and we are reborn the next day. What a powerful acceptance.
