You Are Lovable
This is huge! Do you know why? Because it is so true for many of us.
I was with someone for 18 years who would say I was the most difficult person to love. In my ignorance, I actually believed him. Then I married another man whose actions and demeanor reinforced that mentality. I chose both of them as powerful teachers for my worth.
Wow! And the lessons have been ahhhmazing. I would like to say, “I wouldn’t change a single moment.” I be lying. I know I cannot change anything back there but I can shift how I see myself.
Imagine that! I believed I should not love so deeply. I believed I was too much. I believed... that’s all. I believed because I didn’t love me. I believed it all, especially in the silence and narcissistic personas. I allowed another person to place a price tag on me.
You are so worthy of love. You come from love and evolve to loving the world. Do not take on someone’s narcissism or insecurities and make them your truth. Hell no!
This morning during meditation at 3:30am, a voice said these words, “Love is a delicious elixir that sustains every aspect of your being.”
At that moment my heart opened up wider. I recognize how much of true love I have embodied the last few years. I choose to walk in it even when things are hard. It has taken five decades to feel this sense of freedom that is home. And in that home, I have allowed mysticism to create a beautiful life.
You are magical. You are loving. You are alive with the very essence of divinity. Now go love harder. Love louder. Love fully and don’t allow anyone ever again to make you feel that loving others is a bad thing.
I love you.
